Patented Hydraulic Atomizing Nozzles for Fine Droplets
The BETE UltiMist Fogging and Misting Spray Nozzles, employing patented hydraulic atomizing technology, create a fog-like mist composed of fine droplets measuring under 60 microns. Constructed with materials like 416 Stainless Steel and Brass, these nozzles produce a medium angle, hollow cone pattern and come in 1/8" and 1/4" sizes with options for male or female connections. Ideal for misting and fogging applications, they deliver a high number of tiny droplets that seem to float due to their buoyancy, offering precise spray characteristics.
BETE UltiMist Fogging and Misting Nozzle Spray Characteristics
- Very fine, fog-like mist
- Produces high number of droplets under 60 microns
- Medium angle, hollow cone pattern
Metal
- 416 Stainless Steel tip
- Brass body
- 1/8″ and 1/4″ sizes
- Male or female connections
- Integral 100 mesh strainer
- Standard Material: 416 Stainless Steel Tip, Brass Adapter/Body
Plastic
- All plastic (Polyacetal) construction
- 1/8″ male connection
- Standard Material: Polyacetal
How Spray Pattern is Achieved
- Misting nozzles create a very fine mist or fog. Droplets are typically small enough that buoyancy is significant compared to gravity, allowing drops to appear to float. In the absence of upward airflow, particles are simply falling very slowly.
