BETE Low Flow Full Cone and Hollow Cone Nozzles for Quick Change
BETE CW Interchangeable Spray Nozzles are a type of spray nozzle used in various industrial applications for distributing liquids in a specific pattern or flow rate. These nozzles are designed to be interchangeable, which means they can be easily replaced or interchanged with different types of nozzles for different spray patterns, flow rates, or other specifications.
One of the key advantages of BETE CW Interchangeable Spray Nozzles is their flexibility. Instead of having to replace an entire spray system when different spray patterns or flow rates are needed, operators can simply change out the nozzle for a different one that meets their requirements. This can save time and money in the long run, as well as increase the efficiency of the spray process.

How Spray Pattern for BETE Interchangeable Nozzles is Achieved
- A hollow cone nozzle sprays fluids in a ring-like pattern around a given radius and the spray exits on the same axis it enters in the axial design
- For a full cone nozzle, atomization is achieved by the water being spun inside the nozzle and exiting an orifice
- An insert is used to create the spray pattern
- Produces medium to coarse droplet size
- More uniform pattern than spiral nozzles
