4X4 Pneumatic Actuators
Sharpe® 4x4® Pneumatic Actuators have four pistons. With twice as many pistons applying torque to the pinion versus a conventional rack & pinion actuator with two pistons, the Sharpe® 4x4® pneumatic actuator generates the same output torque as a conventional rack & pinion actuator in a much smaller and lighter weight design.

- Adjustable stops for both open and closed positions
- Six Actuator Models: X40, X50, X60, X75, X90, X115
- Torque output up to 5401 lbf-in (610 Nm)
- Actuator input supply pressure up to 120 psi (8 bar)
- Temperature range from -40 °F to +176 °F (-40 °C to +80 °C)
- Body and Cover Material: Anodized Aluminum with external surfaces protected with epoxy and polyurethane
- ISO 5211 mounting pattern
- NAMUR accessory connections
- Optional higher/lower temperature configuration, -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 149°C)
