The MD unit from the Pulsafeeder BLACKLINE Series is a mechanically-driven metering pump that combines motor operation with spring return for precise and dependable metering control. This pump ensures accuracy and exactness in metering tasks and incorporates several built-in features. These include oil-lubricated ball bearings within a durable die-cast aluminum housing, a robust PTFE diaphragm for extended life, a micrometer-style stroke length adjuster, and an array of choices for liquid end materials, catering to various applications.
The Series MD presents nine distinct models, each capable of achieving flow rates up to 132 GPH (500 LPH) and pressures up to 150 PSI (10 BAR). It offers a standard turndown ratio of 10:1, expandable to 100:1 when equipped with the optional VFD Vector. The pump's metering performance maintains a high level of reproducibility, with deviations within ± 2% of the maximum capacity.
