Automatic Timer Operated Drain Valves

Reliable and economical, timer operated drain valves allow regular drainage at pre-determined user selectable time intervals. Designed for use wherever liquids may accumulate in a compressed air system. User selectable open-time and off-time drain intervals allow you to adapt the drain times to meet your specific requirements. Ensures regular drainage will occur at fixed intervals.

PDV Series Timer Operated Drain Valves

• Valve-open cycle adjustable from 5/10 to 10 second
• Valve-closed cycle adjustable from 6 to 120 minute
• Available in two sizes (1/4″ & 1/2″ NPT) to accommodate small flow and large flow systems

ADV Series Timer Operated Drain Valves

• Valve-open cycle adjustable from 1/10 to 15 second
• Valve-closed cycle adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes
• Available in two sizes (1/4″ & 1/2″ NPT) to accommodate small flow and large flow systems

MBV Timer Operated Ball Valve

• Motorized ball valve for automatic draining of large-flow systems plagued with rust and sludge
• 10 cycle settings from 4 minutes to 24 hours between drain periods
• 10 cycle settings from 7 seconds to 15 minutes valve open duration
• Battery back-up, Viton o-rings and Teflon seals

Electric Demand Operated Drain Valves

Reliable and economical, electric demand operated drain valves do not waste any valuable compressed air. They detect the presence of liquid and only operate when filled to a pre-determined level. Upon actuation, they discharge only liquid and close before any compressed air can be exhausted. Fully automatic, they require electricity to operate.

• Straight-through flow valve design passes solids up to 1/8″ diameter
• Requires 115V/1/60 power

Mechanical Demand Operated Drain Valve

Reliable and economical, mechanical demand operated drain valves do not waste any valuable compressed air. They detect the presence of liquid and only operate when filled to a pre-determined level. Upon actuation, they discharge only liquid and close before any compressed air can be exhausted. Fully automatic, mechanical demand operated drains do not require electricity to operate.

T-7A & T-17 Drain Valves

• The T-7A and T-17 are automatic float drain valves. They do not require power or timer adjustments to operate.
• T-7A has a 1/2″ inlet and can operate in service up to 300 psig.
• T-17 has a 3/4″ inlet and can operate in service up to 400 psig.
• Both models available with cast iron or 304L stainless steel bodies

NLD24T & NLD72T Air-Operated No Loss Drain Valves

• Ball valve type discharge mechanism prevents clogging from rust and scale
• Pneumatically powered operation. Does not require electricity to operate
• See-though vessel provides at-a-glance confirmation of liquid level to reinforce proper operation
