SGL Series Sliding Vane Pumps

Traditionally two types of pumps were used for specialty gas service: expensive, complicated pumps that did a reliable job; and inexpensive pumps that didn't. The Blackmer® SGL pump, which is part of the Cavitation Line, changes that. It delivers reliable, highly efficient performance in conditions ranging from low temperatures to high pressure. Yet the SGL costs far less than and is easier to maintain than other reliable pump technologies.
Blackmer SGL pumps are designed for the liquid transfer or recirculation of refrigerants and other liquefied gasses. Available in six sizes with capacities of 4 to 300 gpm (15 to 1,135 L/min), constructed of shock-resistant ductile iron and available with a wide variety of seal materials, an SGL pump is the pump to use for almost any liquefied gas application.
The ductile-iron construction of all pressure parts allows for greater resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock.
Blackmer SGL models can be economically rebuilt for like-new performance with replaceable end discs and liners, specially designed to suppress cavitation and reduce wear.
