BETE Powerful Narrow Fan Spray With Least Atomization
In BETE Fan Nozzles, the liquid is forced through a relatively small, elliptical orifice to provide a thin, flat sheet of spray which covers a narrow area. They are particularly effective in applications such as washing or descaling, where the nozzles are fixed and the item to be sprayed passes by.
The BETE SPN Spray Nozzle is a deflection fan nozzle that produces a hard-driving, more focused spray. The deflection-type nozzle has a flat fan pattern that deflects the fluid stream against a curved impact surface after exiting from the nozzle orifice. The impact of the liquid on the deflection surface causes the desired atomization, and the geometry of the surface shapes the resulting spray into a flat fan pattern. This means that the nozzle orifice can remain circular rather than elliptical, as in the case of standard flat fan nozzles. A circular orifice is less prone to wear and clogging.
