John Brooks Restructures Pump Division

TORONTO, ON – September 2024—John Brooks, the leading expert in fluid handling technology, today announced significant structural changes within the Pump Division. These changes include promoting four key senior management professionals into expanded roles to help drive the company's continued success.

Andre Rabie, formerly Business Development Capital Projects & EPC Market Manager—Pump Division, has been promoted to Ontario Sales Manager—Pump Products. In this elevated new role, Rabie will enhance local support, drive growth, and foster collaboration while maintaining strong technical leadership. Rabie brings years of experience, including time as a Managing Director in South Africa, and he will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth transition and empowering the Sales Team on its path to success.

Chris Chapman, formerly Ontario Sales Manager, has been promoted to Product Manager—Centrifugal Products. Backed by a decade of success with John Brooks, Chapman will act as the centrifugal pump specialist- overseeing market analysis, training coordination, business development, supplier relations, liaising with the marketing team, and sales support to drive the Pump team's growth and sustainability.

Greg Beebe, formerly Sales Supervisor, has been promoted to Product Manager – Positive Displacement Products. With 28 years of service at John Brooks under his belt, Beebe will be a strong contributor to process improvements and enhancing overall effectiveness with Alberta Pump Packages. Beebe will become the positive displacement pump specialist, with similar responsibilities as Chapman as he focuses on the sales success of the division.

Stefan Fediw, formerly Technical Sales Representative—Pump and Engineered Systems, has been promoted to National Trainer & Technical Support—Pump Products. After a decade with John Brooks, Fediw has extensive experience supporting sales teams nationwide by creating innovative training content related to pump hydraulics. Whether it's travelling nationwide for trade shows and customer training sessions or hosting Lunch & Learns for staff, contractors and engineering firms alike, Fediw always brings his enthusiasm for teaching about the pump industry to the table.
